I founded Pivot Nutrition Coaching to help adults and athletes achieve their goals without feeling restricted by fostering a positive relationship with food and focusing on sustainable habits - there are no quick fixes here!
Being a former Division I hockey player, I understand that it can be confusing and overwhelming trying to find a balance between fueling your body and enjoying your favorite foods. This is why we aim to simplify nutrition, making it easy, fun and sustainable!
My specialties include fat loss, building muscle and sports nutrition. When I am not coaching clients or managing my team, I like to workout, hang with my dogs and eat delicious food with my husband and friends.
