Being a former Division I hockey player, I understand that it can be confusing and overwhelming trying to find a balance between fueling your body and enjoying your favorite foods. This is why we aim to simplify nutrition, making it easy, fun and sustainable!
My specialties include fat loss, building muscle and sports nutrition. When I am not coaching clients or managing my team, I like to workout, hang with my dogs and eat delicious food with my husband and friends.
